This addition to the ongoing How to Read series focuses on the rich history of Chinese ceramics. Geared to appeal to a nonspecialist audience, the series is intended to guide the reader through the subject matter and show them how to “read” works of art from around the world ranging from antiquity to the present, broadening their understanding of these works and their cultures.
